Being Observed

I just want to mention that I was being observed by my supervisor from UTHM this morning…he observed my teaching methods and gave comment to me…well…everything was fine…he said that my delivery is very good and he said that I can make people understand what I want to teach…the bad comment was in ‘question-and-answer’ part only…he asked me to improve in that matter… his comments in my LM Log Book…good comments are more than bad comments…so…mmm…well…now I know my credibilty to be a lecturer after this after obtained his comments…he also gave me some tips regarding of teaching methods that I can use to teach Math in future…thanks to him…
got to go…lab session is still on…huhuhu

Yesterday was Teacher’s Day…Happy Teacher’s Day to me and to all teachers/lecturers around the world…Yesterday…I was so happy…you know why…?? it was because I received a present from my students…well…I can’t describe my feelings…it so fantastic… Though I just went to that class only three times, they gave me a present..so sweet…
Now I can imagine my ex-teachers’ feelings everytime we celebrated Teacher’s Day at school…I can feel their feelings when they got presents from their students…the more presents they got, it showed that they were the favourite teachers in the school… ahaks…so I felt that feelings yesterday…thanks to my beloved students…
k…got to go… my students are doing their lab session right now..I dun want to being caught surfing the internet during conducting a class…hahaha…bye…

First of all…I love teaching…I love to be a lecturer…become a lecturer is my dream…ihik…I strived to be a lecturer…my jorney to this path has a lot of obstacles…bla bla bla…
uits…mmm…today I taught Doolittle Method to solve Linear System Equation…well…I taught Electrical students (certificate) …mmm… at first they dun really understand my explaination…I have to repeat about 3 times to make them understand…well…I’m not so sure whether I dun know how to teach (my teaching method is not effiecient) or the students itself cannot catch up my P&P… I told to my "guidence lecturer" about this matter..well…she said that ,,,that class is quite slow to catch up our P&P…sometimes even we do simple calculation, they cannot follow…wow…what a disaster… huhuhu…
well…I’ve tried my best to make them understand and I hope that they can answer final exams very well…I’ll try and I’m willingly to help them to do their revision…the lecturers in my department always "talking" and discussing about their students…the "saddest" part is a few of their students had failed Math 1 for 3 times…how sad.. the syllibus for Math 1 is so simple and I wonder why they can’t pass this paper…well..their reason is "they hate Math"….huhuhu..,..but why…???if they can see the beauty of Math I believe that they will like Math so much…
Tommorow I will teach Gauss Method to solve Linear System Equation,,,this method involves so many formulas…I wonder whether they can follow my P&P or not….hermmm…wait n see…
About the students attitude????no comment… naughty…making noise…"kerek"…bla bla bla…it’s normal in any Politeknik
so many things to talk about being a lecturer but I couldn’t explain here…well…I’ll write about it in my diary…ihik…
got to go…I’m not sure when I’ll have time to update my blog…
bye…I need to study Inverse Laplace Method for class tommorow morning…
